Saitou and the rest returns from the Great labyrinth in episode 8 of Handyman Saitou in Another World, titled “What I Gained from the Battle”. The king uses the Blood Sword to revive Ravella. However, instead of using his full life, the king uses half of Kisurugi’s and half of Primasse’s, which makes them crippled but still alive.
Morlock tells the other three about the spell that summoned Saitou. Raelza begs Saitou not to return to his world and it is decided that he will stay back. Morlock is bitten by a venomous monster and, supposedly, dies.

Episode 9 Speculation
The episode ended with an unthinkable twist, with the pub owner telling the party that Morlock died. The venom of the monster must have taken a worse toll on Morlock’s party than they thought. However, revival magic exists in their world even if it is pretty hard to obtain.
Considering that Morlock is a great magician, it is unlikely that he will actually die. Gibungle may help the party with the revival magic and may make another appearance next episode.

Episode 8 Recap
Kisurugi and Primasse leaves with the Minister and Demon King after talking to Saitou. As other adventurers start coming in, the rest of the group look for useful items from the pile left by the other-wordly magician. Morlock takes off Gibungle’s helmet, revealing Pemo the Dog. Gibungle asks Morlock if he has regained his memories. But, he still doesn’t remember everything.
The king arrives at Ravella’s hut with Kisurugi. He reveals the Blood Sword, which can transfer life forces, and Kisurugi is prepared to give his life. However, instead of killing him, the king uses half of Kisurugi’s life force and Primasse’s wings and magic to restore Ravella’s youth, leavieng them both crippled but alive.
Ravella loses memories of them both due to the sword’s condition. Because of his guilt, Kisurugi is about to leave Ravella but gets reprimanded by Primasse. Ableth and Tahlefon diguise as thugs to force Kisurugi to help Ravella. Their plan works, and Kisurugi is inspired to start his life anew by Ravella’s side.
Saitou and the others are unable to take anything from the Labyrinth as the guards confiscate them to be reviewed by the royal magician. Saitou quickly gets over it and thanks everyone for their help, promising to meet again.
Saitou, Raelza, Morlock, and Lafanpan eats at a pub while Morlock tells them how he accidentally summoned Saitou while trying to bring back his forgotten daughter. Thinking that Saitou can now return back to Earth, Raelza screams about how valuable Saitou is to the party and runs away, crying.
Saitou catches up to Raelza and asks her if she really need him. She is about to tell him but is attacked by a venomous bug. Raelza crushes it with her bare hands, confessing her affections for Saitou. Saitou smiles, and gives her an anti-venom poison.
Morlock and Lafanpan arrives, and Morlock tells them that even if he can send Saitou back, he will return to the time when he almost got hit by the truck. Thus, his chances of survival are low. Saitou assures them he wasn’t planning on leaving anyway.
Morlock is attacked by the same bug who apparently wasn’t dead. The three goes on to explore without Morlock while he takes a rest. However, after they return, they are surprised to find him gone from his room, and the owner tells them that he has passed away.
