Toilet-Bound Hanako-kun chapter 83, titled “Pizza Party,” was the latest episode to release.

After Kou and Nene return from the Red House and discuss their findings with the others, Teru tells them that they might go to the boundary from the house. They decide to meet there at ten and retire for the day.

While everyone eats and talks, Nene gets a call from her mother, and she excuses herself. Upon returning, she overhears Teru’s plan to kill Hanako and rescues Aoi.

How will she help Hanako? Will their rescue be successful? We’ll find out in the next chapter.

1. Chapter 84 Discussions and Predictions 

In the last chapter, it is revealed that Teru plans to kill Hanako. The chapter felt pretty short, and it feels like the author is preparing for something big next time.

We also noticed how Hanako was acting strangely in the previous chapters. When he mentioned things like god forgiving him, trying to pressure Akane into making a deal, etc., it was kind of suspicious. So it’s possible that he intended to make sure Aoi was dead.

It will be interesting to see how Kou will handle this situation. We can’t be sure whether he will follow Teru’s plan. We’ll have loads to unpack in the next chapter.

5. Chapter 83 Recap

Chapter 83 resumes after Nene and Kou escape the Red House. The two try to find Tsukasa in its ruins once again, but he is nowhere to be found. They stumble upon a well and decide to go down there to find him. Kou notices Nene’s bruised leg and decides that they should go back.

After returning, they tell the others about how they met Hanako’s little brother, Kannagi was trapped underground and how the house was set ablaze. They discuss how the Red House could be in its own timeline about the boy they met.

Teru tells them that even if the boy was Tsukasa at age four, he was already dead for fifty years in their time, and they can’t do anything about it. He also tells them that their labor wasn’t for nothing.

Firstly, the Red House was where Yugi Amane was born, and its link to the seven mysteries is powerful. Also, since they met the once-sacrificed Kannagi, the house could be connected to the other side, and they could cross boundaries through it.

Teru further comforts them, saying that they can save and Hanako. They planned to go the next day since it was late already. They then decide to order pizza and let Nene and Kou rest up. While eating, they decide to meet up at the Red House by ten am the next day.

Nene gets a call from her mother and excuses herself from the others. As she returns, she overhears the other talking.

Teru tells the others that from his point of view, they can’t allow no. 7 to do as he pleases since he hurt a human being. In short, their real mission was to rescue Aoi and kill Hanako. Nene is shocked at this revelation.

Toilet-Bound Hanako-kun is a Japanese manga series by Iro Aida. It has been serialized in Square Enix’s shōnen manga magazine Monthly G Fantasy since 2014 and has been collected in twelve tankōbon volumes. The manga is licensed in North America by Yen Press.

One of the most well-known Japanese tales is that of Hanako-san: the ghost of a young girl who haunts the school’s bathrooms.

Kamome Academy has its own version of Hanako-san’s legend. Rumors are that if one successfully manages to summon Hanako-san, she will grant her summoner any wish. Lured by the gossip, many people have tried to call upon her, yet every attempt has failed.

However, when Nene Yashiro, a girl hoping for romantic fortune, dares to summon Hanako-san, she discovers that the rumored “girl” is actually a boy!
