After years of anticipation, a lengthy trailer of Halo, the T.V. series, was released by Paramount+. Giving a good, patient look at the characters, especially Pablo Schrieber as Master Chief, the trailer has received a positive response.
The Halo trailer starts with quick montages of the Covenant and Master Chief. Humanity’s Greatest Weapon then makes an explosive (literal and metaphorical) entry, with a brief introduction by Dr. Catherine Halsey (Natascha McElhone).
The doctor describes Master Chief as “lethal, upgradable and most importantly, controllable.”
But when the Spartan touches a glowing extraterrestrial object the enemies are vying for; the superhuman begins to change.
Halo’s trailer also gives glimpses of Kwan Ha-boo (Yerin Ha), Makee (Charlie Murphy), A.I. Cortana, Spartan Soren-066 (Bokeem Woodbine), among others, as a war breaks out.

The producers revealed earlier that the timeline of Halo series would be different than the games – fitting two decades of a story in a 10-episode series might have ended up shredding the story.
The return of Jen Taylor as Cortana, just like the games, is another key detail that has everyone stoked for the series. Though it strays a bit from the timeline, the small plot points make the show irresistible.
The addictive game series, Halo, was released in 2001 for Xbox, but a live-action series wasn’t announced till 2013 by ViacomCBS. With upgraded CGI and cinematography, the long years of wait seem worth it to the fans, who can’t stop gushing over the show in YouTube’s comment segment.
The Paramount+ show will be a different entity and follow a ‘Silver Timeline’ because Master Chief will be recruiting a new Spartan team.
With impactful dialogues and a talented cast, the long wait will finally be over when Halo premieres exclusively on Paramount+ on March 24.
