Each episode of Haikyu!!’s new season, has been a nail-biter. It was announced at the very beginning that Haikyu!! To the Top would be a split-cour anime comprising 25 episodes.
A split-cour happens when a season of an anime takes a break for a few months before resuming the broadcast.
As of episode 13, Karasuno, Fukodani, and Nekoma, have all won their first matches at the Nationals. The second half will continue with the next most exhilarating match of Karasuno — Karasuno vs. Inarizaki.
However, fans will have to wait a bit longer for the second half as COVID-19 is causing delays.
The official website for Haikyu!! To The Top anime announced today that the second part of Season 4 has been postponed from its original release in July.
Anime’s production committee made this decision considering the safety of employees amidst this pandemic.
A new premiere date will be announced later. The second half of Season 4 will cover episodes 14 to 25. The first half premiered on January 10, and its last episode – 13 aired on April 3.
