Over the past couple of weeks, most of the world has been put on lockdown due to the COVID 19 pandemic.
Many big events, movie openings, and such are getting canceled or postponed every day. However, the biggest blow to the manga readers came out yesterday.
Due to an unprecedented health issue, Shueisha’s office has also been closed for two weeks. Due to the same reason, many Shonen mangas are going at least on a 2-week hiatus, if not longer.
Haikyu!! manga released its 390th chapter today, titled “The Greatest Contender Part 2.” It was published under Weekly Shonen Jump’s 20th issue. Sadly, after that, the manga is on a 2-week hiatus, so chapter 391 will not be released till 27th April 2020.
Well, for Haikyu!! fans, this is a terrible time for the hiatus since the much-hyped match between Schweiden Adlers, and MSBY Jackals has reached a point of breathtaking competition.
