“Gust of Wind and Beat” is the story of Nike, a mysterious high school girl who lives in a small seaside town in Hokkaido.
Her life completely changes when she meets a boy named Nemo, who rarely shows up in her class. And a journey full of surprises and mysteries begins. Shiina also challenges all the traditions by using a digital workflow for production.
It will be interesting to see the type of story the author will bring us, and we can all only hope for the quality to be similar to Kimi no Todoke.

‘Toppū to Beat’ also known as Blast of Wind and Beat, is a Japanese romance manga series written and illustrated by Karuho Shiina. The manga will release in the April issue of Shueisha’s Bessatsu Margaret magazine on March 13.
