The Grand Theft Auto VI reveal trailer was released on December 5^th. After breaking multiple viewership records in 24 hours, fans of the Grand Theft Auto franchise have analyzed the trailer frame-by-frame to decode more clues and easter eggs that Rockstar Games might have embedded in the reveal trailer.

One eagle-eyed fan, u/elnathh, on the r/GTA6 subreddit, revealed that in one particular frame, we can see a sticker that resembles Everett Morgan from a wanted poster as a part of the event in Red Dead Online.

Residents of Florida went a step further and mentioned that Everett Morgan’s face closely resembles the man who is the face of Flannigan’s Seafood Bar and Grill eatery in Miami.

Morgan’s Wanted Poster in the Red Dead Online event was a result of his train robbery that resulted in the death of a train conductor. Morgan’s sticker in the GTA VI trailer shows up when protagonist Lucia and her partner are in the middle of a heist.

This could serve as a nice callback, and Everett Morgan should show up here. There is a high possibility that this is all there is to Morgan’s sticker, but only time will tell if Red Dead Redemption 2 is canon in the Grand Theft Auto VI universe.

Another fan, u/Federico1459, spotted a bat in the GTA VI reveal trailer at 0:31, flying in the darkness. This is not unlikely or uncharacteristic as Florida is home to 13 unique species of bats.

Although this does not serve any real purpose, Rockstar’s eye for detail must be lauded as they look to expand on the fauna in the GTA VI universe.

There are also quite a few GTA brand parodies, as spotted by GQ Magazine. In the background, in one scene, players can spot PiBwasser pills, which quite literally translates to “piss water” in German.

In another frame, players can spot a crate of E-Cola, which was also present in GTA V. Another billboard can be seen sporting an OxyContin-style opioid that says “IT CURES EMOTIONS!” along with a subtitle that reads “America’s Favorite Dissociative.”

More easter eggs will be unfurled in the coming days as Rockstar packed a lot of information in the relatively small reveal trailer. As we lead up to the launch in 2025, Rockstar is expected to release more trailers and gameplay breakdown videos, which is when we can expect more concrete information.
