Rockstar releases GTA Online cosmetics on the eve of their 25th anniversary

Players had been expecting the release of the Grand Theft Auto VI trailer as a gift on the eve of Rockstar Games’ 25^th anniversary. However, with the trailer dropping two weeks too early, Rockstar has other plans to reward fans on the eve of the big day.

The 25^th anniversary of Rockstar Games coincides with the 10^th anniversary of GTA Online. As a result, Rockstar Games is allowing players to purchase multiple clothing items via the in-game shop. These items are available for a limited time from December 18^th, 2023, to January 3^rd, 2024.

Multiple clothing items are available in the in-game store for a limited time during the event. This includes hoodies sporting the Rockstar NY or Go-Go Space Monkey logo. For free, gamers can add a special Knuckleduster Sport Livery for the Grotti Itali GTO Stinger TT car.

Nine tees are being offered for free during the event – Bugstars, Go-Go Space Monkey, Heist (Michael, Franklin, and Trevor), Los Santos, Rockstar Lion Crest, Rockstar Says Relax, Rockstar Silver Jubilee, San Andreas Republic, and STD Contractors.

Three outfits are being offered for free as well. This includes The Groupie, The Homie, and the Retired Criminal. In addition to the apparel, there will also be some gameplay and visual improvements.

This includes a new Vehicle Organization option for the PS5 and the Xbox Series X|S. The Vehicle Organization option is available in the Manage Vehicles section of the Interaction Menu, which has now been expanded.

The New Daily and Weekly Challenges can now be found in the Challenges section of the Interaction Menu. There are new props and track-smoothing tools in the Creator Mode.

Players can head to GTA Online and enjoy the host of new cosmetics the developers have offered. Don them on and celebrate the holiday season in all its glory.
