Golden Kamuy Season 3 Episode 10: Release Date, Predictions, Watch Online

Golden Kamuy has really mastered tying the plot points together, and it’s just remarkable seeing the series get better across the seasons.

In the last episode, we got the backstory of the trio, Kiroranke, Wilk and Sofia. But instead, what we were really watching all along was the backstory of Tsurumi. It was fantastic to see everything come together and even the side points which seemed minor came back in a big picture.

1. Golden Kamuy Season 3 Episode 10 Release Date

Episode 10 of the Golden Kamuy anime, titled “Catching Up to the Wolf”, has been released on Sunday, Dec 06, 2020.

The third season of Golden Kamuy started airing this Fall 2020 and was one of the most anticipated follow-up series. 

With a new episode airing every Monday, Golden Kamuy will follow the schedule without any exception this week.

The backstory of Sofia, Kiroranke and Wilk was already heavy, with Sofia blaming herself for possibly killing Fina and her baby. But the fact that it was actually Tsurumi’s backstory has made it even heavier.

This has got fans curious whether the death of his wife and child pushed Tsurumi over the edge, and if that is the reason he has turned into the person he is now.

Since he was a Japanese spy, he must have already been cunning and intelligent, but the incident proved to be a huge catalyst to make him the psychopath he is now.

Also, Sugimoto’s group has almost caught up on Asirpa, and it seems very likely that he may reach Ako amidst the chaos caused by Kiroranke’s plan and again lose clear sight of Asirpa.

Dozens of Sofia’s men are locked up in Ako Prison and they are all also Kiroranke’s allies who fought with him for independence for far east minorities. Kiroranke plans on taking them on his side and finding the gold with their help.

Shiraishi disguises himself as an Ako prisoner and delivers Nivkh clothing along with a letter to Sofia. The letter had the contents regarding her escape along with Wilk’s spiel. Reading the letter tears up Sofia as she used to love Wilk.

Kiroranke shares why he and Wilk joined Sofia revolutionaries, to Asirpa and Shiraishi and discloses his escape plan. Once they get Sofia out, they will head over to Russia by walking over the frozen sea and meet up with her allies there.

Golden Kamuy is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Satoru Noda, and 22 volumes have been released. The manga has been adapted into two anime seasons with a third on the run. 

The story follows Saichi Sugimoto, a veteran of the early twentieth century Russo-Japanese War, and his quest to find a huge fortune of gold left by the Ainu people, helped by a young Ainu girl named Asirpa.
