Episode 5 will show how the soldiers deal with a completely new kind of terrestrial monster. Will this one pass out after some time, just like the other Rodans?
Reporter Takehiro Kai mentioned the further invasion of four-legged and two-legged creatures. Does that mean he knows much more about these appearing monsters? And by the two-legged creature, he may mean Godzilla itself. However, we can’t say with surety.

At a researcher’s conference, Mei witnesses the speciality of this mystery molecule before her own eyes. It can trap light energy within it and can even intensify it many times.
Mei comes up with a theory that this molecule defies the rules of space-time. It can generate photons that are supposed to appear in the future.
Renowned scientist Li Gyuhin asks her to sum up all her theories into a report within one day. That surely puts much pressure on the young researcher.
Meanwhile, Yun investigates the decaying bodies of the dead Rodans to find out that one of them is missing. It can’t move on its own; some other creature must have carried it.
Yun follows the footmarks of a giant four-legged animal to come across reporter Takehiro Kai. Just like Yun and Haberu, he is after this four-legged monster too.
Suddenly, they hear gunshots from an automatic submachine gun. A soldier or special force member must have confronted this mysterious creature.

Godzilla: Singular Point is a Netflix original anime that revolves around the ‘King of Monster.’ TOHO Animation is taking care of the production.
This new series is unrelated to the previous Godzilla trilogy that has premiered on Netflix. It follows young geniuses Mei Kamino, a female researcher, and Yun Arikawa, a male engineer, who investigates some strange radio waves that can call prehistoric creatures to the Earth.
Yun and his companions are ready to face this unprecedented threat of monster invasion. Among all of these creatures, the gigantic flamethrowing Godzilla is the one to stay away from.
