As the summer break is going on, SakiSaki decides that all of them should go on a beach trip. She tells Naoya about this, who also thinks it’s a good idea since it’ll get him some time to spend with Saki and Minase.
Once they collectively agree to the idea, Saki childishly says they should go to Hawaii, but after understanding it’s impossible, they settle for Okinawa. The group drags Naoya to their swimsuit shopping the next day. After they are all set for their trip, the journey begins.

2. Episode 9 Speculation
Episode 9 will be a classic rom-com beach episode. All the girls will do their best to win Naoya’s heart and hopefully Shino too, this time. The unexpected alliance between Shino and Mirika is an interesting and important factor that we must consider.
SakiSaki is a bit too excited about the trip, so she’ll likely forget about any scheming to get some alone time with Naoya. On the other hand, Mirika will make the most out of this opportunity to get Naoya to like her.
Between all this rivalry and competition, where does Shino sit? Will she be able to make a bold move or just stay quiet and let luck play out its role like she always does? 3. Recap of Episode 8
After the eventful time of episode 7, things were just starting to return to normal when everything took a turn for the worse. Since five people are living under the same roof now, they naturally have to take turns for stuff like laundry.
One morning, after Mirika finishes her laundry, Naoya puts his clothes in the washing machine. But in this short interval, a weird fight occurs as Mirika tries to hang her clothes in the yard.
Somehow, the topic switches to whose underwear excites Naoya the most once he arrives there. Being the dumb person Naoya is, he decides to solve this issue by looking at everyone’s clothing and monitoring his heart rate.
Mirika, being the first contender, gets a heart rate score of 196. When Sakisaki was about to beat up Naoya, Minase stepped into this weird competition and decided to show him her clothing. Sakisaki didn’t want to get left behind, so she joined in, too and surprisingly, both got a high score of 220 points.
Amidst all this chaos, while trying to stop all this, Shino slips and falls over on the floor along with Naoya, which ultimately results in Naoya seeing her underwear, too. When the heart rate monitor was dangerously close to 220, Naoya suddenly punched himself and stopped it.
In the evening, after this weird fight ended, Sakisaki proposed to Naoya that they should go on a beach trip. Naoya agrees to this, and Saki says they are all going together. Shino shows a little bit of hesitation but quickly changes her mind and agrees.
Even though Sakisaki childishly demands to go to Hawaii, they settle for Okinawa, where they’ll stay at Shino’s dad’s vacation home. The next day, the group drags Naoya along for their swimsuit shopping, where all three except Shino ask Naoya to pick one for them.
Mirika, Minase and Sakisaki happily agree to buy the ones Naoya chose for them. When Shino comes in to show the one she picked for herself, Naoya recommends one for her, too, and she suddenly blushes.
This constant weird behavior of Shino since the last couple of days gives out the secret about her feelings for Naoya to Mirika. She confronts her when she is alone. Even though Shino initially denies it, she starts to get dominated by Mirika’s tactics.
Mirika brings Shino to the verge of tears by blackmailing about this secret but assures her that if she helps her get some alone time with Naoya at the beach, she’ll also help Shino get some time with him.
She lands the final blow and forces Shino to team up with her when she says that she doesn’t consider Shino a rival in this fight for Naoya’s love because she doesn’t even have the guts to confess to him. Thus, the group set out on the trip after so many events.
