Shino, the only one who was not supposed to be in love with Naoya, makes bold and risky moves at night when Naoya decides that Mirika shouldn’t be the only one sleeping with him. But thanks to his iron will and his stupidity to some degree, he manages to pass the hurdles Shino put in front of him. Without even knowing, Naoya gives Shino a thread of hope that she might have a chance in this battle for his love.
One by one, the other girls got their turns, too, and all had their unique way of spending the night. Mirika, the most aggressive one, goes on a rather low-effort attempt while Minase nurses Naoya, realizing he caught a fever. SakiSaki does something completely out of the box, and God knows what prompted her to bring Adult magazine for Naoya. But the episode was full of enjoyment.

2. Episode 8 Speculation
We are getting a rom-com classic, a beach episode for the next week. Naoya, Shino, SakiSaki, Minase, and Mirika are going to the beach. But what comes before a beach party? It’s swimsuit shopping. The girls drag Naoya along with them to help them choose swimsuits, as we see in the preview. It’s mostly going to be a fanservice episode, but will there be any significant developments?
At the end of the preview, we see SakiSaki and Naoya sitting together alone. So, some serious development between them can be expected. But how serious will the episode be, given that it’s a beach episode? To know what kind of surprise awaits us, let’s not make any more assumptions and wait for the episode to launch.
3. Recap of Episode 7
After returning home from the camping trip, Naoya’s challenge against Mirika starts. For five months, Mirika is allowed to do anything to Naoya that’s not immoral. But things quickly escalate when the first thing Mirika does is kiss Noaya on the cheeks.
As expected, all the girls are shocked by Mirika’s bold approach, but Naoya tells them that he must stick to his promise, and he assures them nothing can change his mind about not dating Mirika. Mirika then takes this one step further and decides to sleep in Naoya’s room, to which all the girls refuse.
Mirika gets through this with a solid argument, asking why they can’t trust Naoya this much. To solve all the problems there, Naoya takes a rather problematic solution. He declares that there’s nothing immoral in just sleeping together, but if he’s going to sleep with Mirika, then the other girls should get a chance, too.
The girls, Shino included, play rock, paper, scissors to decide who’s going to sleep first. And well, well, guess who it is. It’s none other than Shino, who was ‘supposed’ to be the only one without feelings for Naoya here.
At night, she put Naoya through all kinds of tests as an excuse to test his loyalty, but her goal was to see if she had a chance or not. After knowing that Naoya thinks Shino is pretty, she understands she might have a chance and goes to sleep after this.
On the second day, it was Mirika’s turn, but after hearing the previous night’s description, she stepped back from her plan of seducing Naoya. She appears in a bear night dress at night, but after seeing Naoya’s strong will, she gets a bit desperate and tries some tricks on him. Later, she gets tired and just falls asleep.
The next day, before Minase and SakiSaki decide who’s gonna sleep with Naoya that day, Minase catches Naoya hiding his sickness so she deliberately makes SakiSaki lose so she can take care of Naoya that night. And everything goes according to her plans.
On the last day, after knowing what Minase did yesterday and realizing she cares about Naoya’s health more than her own chance of sleeping with him, she decides she needs to do something for him, too. And what does she do? She brings in some adult magazines for him. The rest of the episode was just a comic relief for the viewers until they fell asleep.
