In this episode, we see the second half of the camping trip, which starts with (a kidnapped?) Naoya. He finds himself stuck with a tree with only Mirika around.

2. Episode 7 Speculation
As usual, we get a quick preview of the next episode at the end. And guess what? Shino is finally making some moves but in a weird way. Who could have guessed she would be so daring but in such an unexpected way? The preview simply says, “Shino will Seduce Naoya”, which is definitely not something fans would expect.
But the next episode will surely be full of surprises as it seems Shino has had enough of seeing Naoya being all lovey-dovey with the other girls. She ends the tug of war in her mind with the decision of being a bit desperate about Naoya.
Will she be a real contender for his love now? To know whether or not her attempts make a mark in Naoya’s heart for her, we have to wait for episode 7.
3. Recap of Episode 6
We see Naoya, or is it better to say a kidnapped Naoya? Well, whatever may sound better is not the main point here, the point is it was utterly shocking to see Naoya handcuffed to a tree branch. Naoya himself was just as surprised as us.
Soon, he realised it was all Mirika’s doing since she was the only person nearby. Naoya tells her that if she keeps doing reckless stuff like this, it’ll only hurt her down the road. And she can’t win Naoya’s heart like this. This leads to a somewhat heated argument between the two, where Mirika is desperate to get Naoya to acknowledge her.
The mood suddenly changes as Mirika gets a notification in her phone that reminds her that it is now August 1st, her birthday. She tells Naoya that all she wanted was to stargaze with Naoya alone, that’s why she caused all this mess. They have a heart-to-heart talk after this as SakiSaki and the other three search for them.
Near the end of their conversation, the two of them decide to come to an agreement where Mirika can live with them for five months, meaning till the end of the year and during that time, she’s free to do whatever she wants. After these five months, Naoya will reject her, and that’ll be the end of it.
After they tell the others about this agreement, SakiSaki immediately punches Naoya, which is obviously a valid reaction, but they eventually understand the situation and agree to it. This time, the whole episode was about a development in Mirika and Naoya’s current relationship.
Near the end of the episode, when the group is returning home, and everyone but Shino is asleep, we see Shino really sad again as she confronts her feelings about Naoya once more. We also see a close moment between them when Shino rests her head on Naoya’s head, who’s already asleep.
