Intel’s Arc Alchemist A380 and A310 GPUs were launched exclusively in China a couple months back. Since then, several partners have come up with their own custom graphics card design for the Arc Alchemist GPUs.
A potential Intel board partner, Gigabyte, is all set to launch up to five Arc Alchemist GPU models.
According to Eurasian Economic Commission filing, the company will begin with entry-level Arc Alchemist GPUs– A380 and A310. Gigabyte currently has no plans for the newly launched Arc A7 GPUs.
The leaked list mentions five GPU product codes. It shouldn’t be surprising to see a few factory-overclocked cards too since the A380 is being considered a gaming card.
- Gigabyte Arc A380 Gaming OC 6GB (GV-IA380GAMING OC-6GD)
- Gigabyte Arc A380 Gaming 6GB (GV-IA380GAMING-6GD)
- Gigabyte Arc A380 WindForce OC 6GB (GV-IA380WF2OC-6GD)
- Gigabyte Arc A380 WindForce 6GB (GV-IA380WF2-6GD)
- Gigabyte Arc A310 WindForce 4GB (GV-IA310WF2-4GD)
Here’s a guide to GPU product codes used by different manufacturers such as Gigabyte Radeon, GeForce and Intel Arc:
- GV-R (AMD Radeon)
- GV-N (NVIDIA GeForce)
- GV-I (Intel Arc)
Gigabyte is one of the biggest names in the graphics card industry, so it is interesting to see them joining hands with an innovative company like Intel. However, the company is yet to officially announce the rumored launch.
MSI had earlier launched prebuilt systems with A380 & A310 GPUs. GUNNIR released a custom A380 graphics card with a unique dual-fan cooling system. ASRock, now no longer an exclusive partner for AMD, launched their Arc A380 Challenger card featuring a dual-slot and single-fan design.
