A new trailer has been released for the compilation film titled “Ghost in the Shell: SAC_2045 Sustainable War.”

The upcoming film is based on the first season of the three-dimensional computer graphics anime series named “Ghost in the Shell: SAC_2045”.

With new scenes and footage, the film is all set to make us fall in love with Motoko Kusanagi all over again, thanks to its action, drama, and breathtaking visuals.

The anime’s official Twitter account released a stunning new visual illustrated by Ilya Kuvshinov of Motoko Kusanagi turning around with particles of light adorning her.

About Ghost in the Shell

Ghost in the Shell is a cyberpunk-themed manga series created by Masamune Shirow and was first serialized in 1989 under Kodansha’s Young Magazine Kaizokuban. The story focuses on the protagonist Motoko Kusanagi who is a cyborg.

Set in the mid-21st century, Motoko leads a fictitious counter-cyberterrorist organization called the Public Security Section 9. Together, Motoko and her friends fight against dangerous cyberterrorists.
