A new mod from TU3SD4Y now lets you bring The Responders faction from Fallout 76 to Fallout 4. The mod adds 28 new quests, 27 new outfits, 30 new buildable items and 52 buildable signs. The story of the mod is fairly straightforward: players have to team up with the last remaining survivor of the Responders faction, a volunteer relief organisation, to rebuild the team and bring it back to its former glory.
The mod’s Nexus Page describes the goal of the mod in further detail.
“The Commonwealth Responders is an ambitious Fallout 4 quest mod that transports the remnants of the famed Responder faction from Fallout 76 to the Commonwealth. You will embark on a suspenseful adventure with the last surviving member of the Commonwealth Responders. Together, you will rebuild the Responders from the ground up.”

The mod brings an expanded build area for Jamaica Plain where players can create a fresh Responder settlement, recruit new members and give them jobs that serve the community and defend territory.
To kick off the quest, all you must do is walk over Sanctuary Bridge and pick up the radio signal. However, if you’re having trouble with the radio signal, you need to get to the top of Lexington Apartments or walk into the Courtyard of Mystic pines. This will skip the radio part altogether. This is a bug that TU3SD4Y seem to be fixing as they said that they are hard at work on an updated version.
This mod is available to play on Fallout 4 for PC and XBox. Do make sure that you have the Automatron DLC installed beforehand as the mod uses certain assets of the same.
You can get it for PC via Nexus Mods and for XBox via Bethesda Store.
