Genshin Impact reveals rerun characters for phase 2 of Version 4.4

Genshin Impact’s Seasonal changes are pretty hard to keep up with. It’s hard to know what to believe with the players, leakers, data miners, and speculators. But the developers have confirmed some exciting news for the players this time.

Developers miHoYo have revealed that Genshin Impact will give a particular set of characters their rerun banners in the second phase of the ongoing version 4.4. The characters who will receive the rerun banners are Xiao, Ningguan, Xinyan, Yaoyao, and Yae Miko, and the limited-time event will run between February 20^th and March 12^th.

The unique feature of this limited-time event is that the characters who are a part of the list will experience an improved boosted drop chance. As is the norm with reruns in Genshin, these banners will not be added as permanent banners following the end of the event.

Besides the rerun characters, Genshin has much to boast about version 4.4. This includes weapons like Kagura’s Verity, Lithic Blade, and Lion’s Roar, to name a few. The five-star Polearm Primordial Jade Winged-Spear will also be offered.

Again, Genshin has retained the events’ duration and will offer these exclusive weapons for three weeks, which can be pulled from the event banner.

Xinyan will function as Physical support and wields Claymore-type weapons. Ningguan stats are pretty broken, being one of the strongest damage dealers amongst all four-star characters.

People looking for a healer in the lobby might choose to equip Yaoyao. However, it must be remembered that Yaoyao has minimal offensive capabilities and is very role-specific.

There are also a few gameplay optimizations and bug fixes to improve the experience at the onset of Genshin Impact’s version 4.4. Once update maintenance is completed, all players will receive 300 Primogems as compensation. Version 4.4 seems promising and will not last long until the reviews flood in.
