Throw your Siri out of the window because the perfect waifu A.I. has arrived, and her goal is to make you happy.
The upcoming fall anime film “Sing a Bit of Harmony” has the ideal A.I. named Shion, who is Alexa’s envy and Siri’s bane. Someone who can be your true friend and also lull you to sleep with her beautiful voice.
But she is not that market-ready, a fact that chronic loner Satomi and her classmates will experience firsthand.
The official website for Funimation and J.C. Staff’s fall anime film “Sing a Bit of Harmony” began streaming a new trailer Today (September 7) featuring the insert song “Umbrella” by lead voice actress Tao Tsuchiya.
The short trailer starts with a hushed tone as we follow Satomi through the motions of school, visibly alone and upset, but everything soon erupts with positivity as Shion enters the stage.
Soon, we see the happy-go A.I. trail the chronic loner Satomi, much to the former’s disdain.
The latter half of the trailer has some gripping scenes as Satomi and Shion bond over music. The beautiful theme song aids the fantastic visuals and the trailer ends leaving us all excited for this coming-of-age saga.
The film will premiere in Japanese theatres on October 29, while the North American premiere remains undecided.
“Sing a Bit of Harmony,” with its unique take on high school romance, is sure going to be one the most sought-after films this year.
Don’t miss out on this gripping tale of school, A.I., and love.
