Kaguya Sama wa Kokurasetai is a very unorthodox take on the overdone rom-com series. The comedic element is balanced well with the tension and competition that go around the show. It stands out due to its slapstick nature and memorable characters.

The much anticipated second season premiered in April 2020 and left fans begging for more when it wrapped up on June 27, 2020. The season finale teased its fans with a possibility for a third season, giving them hope.
Funimation announced on Friday that Kaguya-sama Season 2 would receive an English Dub, and its first episode will stream on the website from July 25.
Funimation had previously revealed that it would also release an English dub for the first season at a later date.

The English cast includes popular actors like Alexis Tipton, famous for her work in Fullmetal Alchemist: The Sacred Star of Milos, Jad SAXTON, who voiced Maeve in the Paladins video game and Bryn Appril who voiced Christa in the Attack of Titans English dub.
Anime lovers worldwide are quite sceptical of dubbed versions of their animes as English dubbing hasn’t worked out well for various series. The dubbed version of Ghost stories, One Piece by4Kids, and Speed Racer are very badly dubbed.
Japanese voice actors have a charm to the way they speak and give life to the characters. It becomes quite a challenge for their English counterparts to capture those nuances and do the character justice.
If this is done well, it has also been seen that the English dub for animes become more popular than the original like the dubs for Cowboy Bebop and Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood.

Kaguya-Sama is a seinen manga series penned and illustrated by Aka Akasaka. The series began its serialization in Shueisha’s Miracle Jump in May 2015. After seeing the rise in its popularity, it was later transferred to Weekly Shonen Jump in March 2016.
Afterward, A-1 Pictures decided to adapt the manga series into an anime television series. The first episode aired on January 12, 2019. In February 2019, Shueisha announced that a live-action film adaptation, the live-action premiered in theatres on September 6, 2019.
