Sakuta’s encounters with ‘Adolescence Syndrome’ will never stop as it manifests itself in inexplicable forms. As his sister Kaede has recovered now and the mystery behind his own injuries has been uncovered, we will finally get to see what Sakuta must face now.
‘Rascal Does Not Dream of a Sister Venturing Out’ is the upcoming film and the third installment in the ‘Rascal Does Not Dream’ franchise. It will adapt the eighth and ninth volumes of the light novels.
On Sunday, the staff for ‘Rascal Does Not Dream of a Sister Venturing Out’ released a 90-second trailer for the film. The trailer features the theme song for the film “Fukashigi no Karte” (Mysterious Chart) performed by Yurika Kubo. The movie will have a theatrical release on June 23.
Kaede Azusagawa is the character-in-focus in the video. Sakuta, Mai, and others are seen by her side as she tries to prepare for exams. But Kaede looks anxious for some reason.
“Fukashigi no Karte” was originally the ending song for the anime series ‘Rascal Does Not Dream of a Bunny Girl Senpai’. However, that version was co-sung by other female voice actors including Kubo.

The staff also has another undisclosed anime project in the works. Since the time travel from the 2019 movie broadened the possibilities of what could occur, I suspect the second project will also be an anime film sequel.

Rascal Does Not Dream a Sister Venturing Out is an anime film based on the light novels by Hajime Kamoshida and illustrated by Kēji Mizoguchi. It is a sequel to the 2018 anime series ‘Rascal Does Not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai’ and the 2019 film ‘ Rascal Does Not Dream of a Dreaming Girl’.
Sakuta is reaching the end of his second year at high school. He does not know how much time he has left with Mai, who will graduate next year. Sakuta’s sister Kaede begins to head outdoors again and announces her goal of attending her brother’s high school. Sakuta knows how difficult it would be but still supports her.
