In Episode 10 of Full Dive, Hiro asked Tesla to leave that world together if they were successful in managing the situation. Tesla replied that he would consider it. Hence the title of the episode, ‘A new ally.’
Later Hiro realized that Tesla might die, and he had to stop it at all costs. The following day, Tesla introduced Mizarisa and Alicia as the new guards of the city.
Hiro, Mizarisa, and Alicia headed to the eastern district for patroling. There, they captured Ginji, who was instigating crimes in the city. Ginji revealed that he wanted to be kept in prison because of the goblin attack.
At the end of the episode, the Goblin’s attack alarm went off.

1. Episode 11 Preview & Speculation
So Reona forced Hiro to buy and play the game because she wanted to get back at Kamui for turning her down. I wonder why he is still playing the game. He has even less reason to continue.
It seems like Hiro is probably still not convinced that Alicia doesn’t want to kill him. But they are helpful to have in a fight.
On the other hand, Tesla is really such a cool guy that I believe Hiro might be right by saying that the talk between the two of them is possibly a massive death flag for Tesla.

Episode 11 of the Full Dive (2021) anime, titled “City of Dead Ends”, has been released on Wednesday, Jun 16, 2021.

3. Episode 10 Recap
Reonna reveals that she will marry the one who will clear the game besides Kamui. She says that she met Kamui ten years ago in the game, thus instantly took a liking in him, and asked him out when he was exiting but got rejected because of her big breasts.
He then went on to clear the KQ and Reonna swore to take revenge on him. She then asks Hiro to clear the game and marry her. But Hiro clearly doesn’t seem interested.
As Hiro sits under a clear sky and wonders about various things, Tesla arrives and apologizes on behalf of Granada and Amos. Tesla says the goblin attack is keeping him awake. To this, Hiro says that they will attack tonight, but that’s just his guess.
Tesla asks Hiro if he wants to leave this place, to which Hiro refuses. Tesla further says if he wasn’t a captain of the Guard, he would have blown this place and test his skills out in the great big world.
Hiro proposes to leave it together if they would be successful in managing the situation. Tesla replies that he will consider it. Hiro realizes that Tesla might die, and he has to stop that as he has promised Martin that he won’t allow anyone to pass in this world.
In the real world, as Hiro wakes up, he finds his sister in the room, who was worried about him. She says it would be a shame for the whole family if he dies playing an RPG game.
The same night, Hiro sits in front of his computer set up. After he logs in, Kamui finally tells him the trick to KQ.
On the day of the Goblin attack, Tesla announces that two new fighters will join them, and then introduces Mizarisa and Alicia. When Tesla commands everyone to go on patrolling, Hiro wonders if it’s really the day of Goblin’s attack. Reonna replies that there might be another event before that.
Tesla assigns Hiro the eastern district, where Ginji is also present. He asks to take Mizarisa and Alicia with him on patrolling.
While walking, Hiro thinks maybe Alicia doesn’t want to kill him. She just tortures him. Suddenly on the other side of the street, a thief takes the bag from a girl and runs. But Alicia cuts his hand and gets the bag back. They realize that someone is instigating such crimes.
Hiro and his team go to a casino to find that guy. Later they figure that Ginji is the mastermind. He admits that he did this all to drive the guard’s attention away. As they fight, Alicia manages to get him down on his knees.
Later, Tesla praises Hiro and his team for capturing the gang of thieves. Suddenly, the alarm of the goblin’s attack starts. Hiro feels a pain in his stomach. As he does his business in the bathroom, a goblin peeks in.
