Fujihiko Hosono’s Buddy Dog manga follows the lives of Aisawa, his family, and their robotic pet dog, Robo Bud.
Shogakukan’s Big Comic magazine published the final chapter of Buddy Dog manga in its 21st edition on Saturday. The 11th & final compiled volume for the manga will be shipped on December 25.
The 10th compiled book volume was released on September 30.
Hosono also wrote the Sasuga no Sarutobi G manga which ended in June 2017. This manga is a revival of Hosono’s Sasuga no Sarutobi manga launched in Monthly Hero’s.
This manga was serialized from 1980 to 1984 in Shogakukan’s Zōkan Shonen Sunday journal. The seventh and the final compiled quantity in July 1984. The manga received a 69-episode TV anime starting in 1982.
