There’s a chance that it can be the announcement for the second cour of season four which will cover the BLUE arc next year, last episode of this half would have just aired by then since the same thing happened at Jump Festa 2017 when season 3 first cour ended too. Although at that time there were no teasers like this time around who knows maybe there is something really special which we are not anticipating.
Other fan guesses include live-action series or a movie since the franchise have been making a lot of those recently. News about Shokugeki no Sanji’s anime adaptation can also be a thing as Oda did say they’re going to make an anime version of it but that seems like it’d be more of a One Piece announcement so the best thing we can do in this blue is just waiting a couple more days and believe in Oda.
