Flash fans, you can now watch Season 6 of your favorite series! Netflix has added the sixth edition of The Flash today, May 20, at midnight PT.
Ever since it aired on CW late last year, season six of The Flash gathered a lot of appreciation, with some fans finding it as good as the third season. For many others, it was the best story to come out of the larger Arrowverse in the past year.
The current season has finally managed a storyline that is big enough to spread over 19 episodes. The series had a new showrunner helming it, Eric Wallace, who broke the season into two “mini-seasons” using Crisis on Infinite Earths as the midpoint.
The first half of the season deals with the villainous Bloodwork when Barry coming to terms with his fate in Crisis, while the second deals with the aftermath and coming of a mysterious new Mirror Master.
Also, not all Arrowverse creations are available on Netflix. For instance, Batwoman, set to complete this Sunday, will be headed for HBO Max instead, a new streaming platform which comes out later this month.
Meanwhile, season 6 has definitely landed amidst several exciting shows on Netflix in May. There is the recently completed Arrow Season 8, Riverdale Season 4, to be followed by the current season of Supergirl, the debut season of Sweet Magnolias and The Lovebirds.
There is an exciting summer (lockdown!) ahead for y’all, that much is for sure. We won’t be seeing The Flash Season 7 until January 2021, given the production shut down, but there is lots of good stuff on Netflix to keep you occupado!
