Shinra begins to learn that his younger brother’s abduction during the fire that killed their mother 12 years ago is caused by a mysterious doomsday cult behind the Infernal attacks.

Company 8 and their allies oppose the White Cloaks and their Knights of the Ashen Flame, who seek specific individuals like Shinra and his brother Sho to enact a scheme to repeat the Great Disaster.

The second season continues with the story left off from the first, follow up on its latest episodes!

1. Episode 6 Title & Release Date

Episode 6 of the Fire Force Season 2 anime, titled “The Time to Choose,” will be released on Friday, August 7, 2020. 

In the next episode, Inca will join the Evangelist despite Shinra’s protests!

No, episode 6 of the Fire Force Season 2 anime will be released as per its schedule; thus, no such delay is announced. The anime comes out weekly every Friday.

In the preview of episode 6, titled “The Time to Choose,” after the city is saved from the distressing flames and demon Infernal put to rest, only the Evangelist group is left to be dealt!

Shinra continues to fight desperately against Charon to protect the fifth pillar, Inca, and Arthur will fight against Haumea. But Inca makes a different decision and will probably join the Evangelist as she meets up with Haumea escorted by Charon!

A new character is seen smoking, while Lieutenant Karim talks about the last battle. Shinra is left feeling disappointed about not being able to save Inca.

3. Recap of Episode 5

I. Corna (Sign of the Devil & Rock n Roll)

Episode 5, titled “A Secret Plan,” begins with Arthur fighting against Haumea, and Charon beats up Shinra, who finally asks Charon which generation he belongs?

On the other hand, Lieutenant Karim, along with Takehisa and Vulcan battles with the demon Infernal, the tricks used by the second generation are revealed as Shinra finds his answer.

Shinra forces himself to think of a way to defeat Charon, but Charon prepares his next attack stamp and blows it in Shinra’s face! Shinra plops to the ground and comes up with a way to counter Charon’s counterattack!

Not sure if it would work, but Shinra is left with no choice other than to try out his Corna right now! He tries once and several times again but fails, realizing he needs to get psyched more and more!

II. Company 8 saves the city!

Shinra remembers Captain Obi teaching him the Corna sign and walks in to face Charon again, gathering his courage, Shinra attacks Charon.

Still, this time Charon gets consumed by Corna (Sign of the Devil) before even being able to use clap! But Charon gets back up and kicks Shinra through the wall. The demon Infernal breaks out of the ice soon, and Licht comes up with a plan to defeat it, along with putting out the burning city.

The second generation reaches the layout and manipulates the city’s flames to gather it all together in the central square. Maki uses them to create a “Firestorm,” which ultimately Company 8 succeeds in destroying the demon Infernal, and Lieutenant Karim freezes the flames protecting the city!

Fire Force also is known as En’en no Shōbōtai, literally meaning “Blazing Firefighting Corps” is a Japanese shōnen manga series written and illustrated by Atsushi Ōkubo.

It is published by Kodansha and has been serialized in the Weekly Shōnen Magazine since September 2015, with the chapters collected into twenty-three tankōbon volumes as of May 2020. An anime television series adaptation by David Production aired from July to December 2019 on the Super Animeism block.

The second season of the Fire Force anime television series is also animated by David Production. Tatsumi Minakawa replaced Yuki Yase to be the director of the series. The series premiered on July 3, 2020.
