The visual serves as a promotional poster for the upcoming arc in the anime, the Holy Sol Temple Arc. The visual shows Benimaru, Joker, and Leonard, surrounded by flaming cards.
Holy Sol Temple Arc Plot
Benimaru and the Joker form a duo and attack The Holy See. They are attacked by the “Shadow of the Holy Sun” warriors.
Benimaru and Joker somehow manage to defeat the Shadows but then come face to face with Leonard Burn. Leonard Burn, Joker, and Benimaru team up for further investigation.
“Dark Hero” is the 11th episode of Fire Force Season 2. It is set for release on 11th September in Japan. The plot of the Dark Hero episode has been released.

Shinra and his friends return to Tokyo and report that the “Holy Scripture” might be a false rumor. The authorities don’t want the information to be leaked in the next three years.
Meanwhile, a mysterious man meets Benimaru. Benimaru is the Captain of Company 7. He and the mysterious man (Joker) discuss their plan of attack on the Holy Sol Temple.

Fire Force, also is known as En’en no Shōbōtai, literally meaning “Blazing Firefighting Corps,” is a Japanese shōnen manga series written and illustrated by Atsushi Ōkubo.
It is published by Kodansha and has been serialized in the Weekly Shōnen Magazine since September 2015, with the chapters collected into twenty-three tankōbon volumes as of May 2020.
An anime television series adaptation by David Production aired from July to December 2019 on the Super Animeism block. The second season of the Fire Force anime television series is also animated by David Production.
Tatsumi Minakawa replaced Yuki Yase to be the director of the series. The series premiered on July 3, 2020.
