One thing you’ll notice about Far Cry 6 is that the map is big. Really big. In fact, Yara is bigger than even the map of Far Cry 5, and that was already a lot to cover. With such a big playground comes ample room to fill it with things to do and secrets to find.
One of the things I love about Far Cry 6, and also from Far Cry 3 & 4, is the Treasure Hunts which relate to the culture of the place. There’s just something exciting about learning more about your area while also getting guns and gear for your troubles. The “Triada Blessings” Treasure Hunt mission will be taking you to various parts of the island, and I’m not going to lie, I was pretty confused when I was playing it myself. So, I figured I’d note down my journey to help out those who may be stuck themselves.
1. What is the Far Cry 6 “Triada Blessings” quest?
This quest is a series of advanced Treasure Hunts that players will encounter at the start of the game. The “Triada Blessings” quest will begin once the Oluwa Cave location has been discovered. You will have to travel across the map to collect three important relics – Oku, Ida, and Mimi Absoi – each of which will get you powerful gear.
Completing the entire quest by finding all three relics will get you a powerful new Supremo, rifle, and an Amigo.
Given the great gear you can get from this quest, and early on in the game, no less, this is a Treasure Hunt I suggest everyone should take up as soon as they can.
2. Triada Relics Map Locations
The Triada Blessings quest is completed by finding all three Triada Relics that are scattered across the map. Beginning the mission will mark these on your map, and they are in the following regions.
Ida’s Triada Relic – Near Dos Monjdas Mogote in the Lozania part of the Madrugada region.
Oku’s Triada Relic – In Fort Oro near Sabiduria Valley and Arroz Flatlands in the Cruz Dev Salvador part of the Valle De Oro region.
Mimi Absoi’s Triada Relic – West of Mirador Cape in the La Joya part of the El Este region.
However, to begin the quest, you need to visit the Oluwa Cave, as only then will you be able to officially complete the quest and get your gear. So, let’s head to Oluwa Cave first.
3. Where do I find the Oluwa Cave?
To find the cave and start the Triada Blessings quest, head east from Clara’s Camp. Since it’s an early location, general exploration, reading notes, or talking to people should have already been added to your map, but if you don’t have it marked, head to this location.
You can get to this location through several ways, but the easiest would be from the west. So, head north-west from the camp and then take the first right going through the hills. You will see multiple ledges and symbols on the cliff to your left. Climb these, and you will be at the cave entrance.
Once inside, follow the straight route, and you will find a symbol drawn on the ground. Upon seeing this, three Treasure Hunts will be added to your map, each located in a different part of the game’s region. There are also two chests in this cave, giving you the Eternal Dance wrist gear and Oluwa’s Heart chest gear, and a note.
These relics don’t need to be gathered in any specific order, so pick whichever one you’d like to go for first. I’d suggest finishing off Oku’s Relic first as that would take the most time; the other two are pretty straightforward.
4. Ida’s Relic Location
As mentioned before, Ida’s Relic can be found in the Lozania part of the Madrugada region near Dos Monjdas Mogote. You’ll see the same triangle symbol from Oluwa Cave and a purple ‘haze’ under the area where you need to grapple up to start the journey to this relic.
The path isn’t confusing, but there are a bunch of crisscrossing zip lines. You will have to time when you detach from one to latch onto the one below you to continue onwards. You will find the relic at the end of this cave, along with Ida’s Sigil headgear in the chest.
5. Oku’s Relic Location
This relic can be found in a fort just off the road in the Cruz Dev Salvador part of the Valle De Oro region near Sabiduria Valley and Arroz Flatlands. This fort can only be accessed at night, so you could busy yourself with other activities in the area or just wait it out (thanks to Ubisoft, for adding time-based missions but no way to forward time). You can check the in-game time by bringing up photo mode.
Inside the fort, you will have to hit a series of switches and buttons that open doors and pathways. Follow these steps:
- Enter the room on the right where all the mirrors will smash on their own except one. Break the remaining one, and you will see a switch to press.
- This switch will open the path to a new room to the left of the entrance next to the stairs.
- Inside, a note will give you a hint to the order of the buttons: middle, left, and then right.
- Go up the stairs and investigate the note on the piano to open a secret compartment where you will find the Dungeon Key.
- This Key is used on the locked door on the ground floor where you first entered.
- Head into the basement, shoot the wooden slats and reach the room with soldier mannequins.
- Press the button on the column in the back of the room to blow the wall outside.
- Continue through the ground floor, find the grapple point leading you to the roof, and then zip line down to the well.
Once you are at the well, you need to use the grapple point to rappel down inside, then swing across to the uppermost ledge to grab Oku’s Relic. Before exiting, attach yourself to the grapple point again and swing to the opposite ledge to find the chest with the Oku’s Deliverance leg gear and note for some Idol locations. You can then swim outside to find even more resources and notes that will make additions to your map.
6. Mimi Absoi’s Relic Location
Mimi Absoi’s Relic is found west of Mirador Cape, in the La Joya part of the El Este region. It’s an abandoned dig site, and you can start your journey to the relic by shooting the lock from the gate, then get the Fan Room Keycard from the body on the left junction.
You will then need to turn off the generator by heading back out, shooting the junk in front of the power supply, and yanking it out. Swim through the water, use the previously acquired Fan Room Keycard and flip the switch inside to make it safe to enter the forward passage.
Grapple below, and you will find Mimi Absoi’s Relic and a chest nearby holding Mimi Absoi’s Mirage footgear.
Once you have all three relics, it’s time to return to Oluwa Cave for the final showdown and quest rewards.
7. Triada Blessings Relic Rewards
With all three relics in your inventory, return to Oluwa Cave (there’s no fast travel point, so check the first section of this page in case you need a refresher). Place the relics on the ground, and a new area will be revealed.
Head to the chest, open it and receive the Triador Supremo and La Varita Resolver weapon.
Having collected your gear, the quest has another small surprise. Three black panthers will ambush you. Using your new Supremo and weapon, you can easily mark and fire at them to take them down. Head to the ‘right’ cat, revive it, and you now have the Black Panther Amigo, Oluso.
These three rewards are perfect for those who want to take a stealthy approach.

8. About Far Cry 6
Far Cry 6 is the latest insallment in the Far Cry series developed and published by Ubisoft. The game is an open-world, first-person action adventure title, and is set for a 2021 release.
Players will take control of Dani Rojas, a freedom fighting guerrilla, who is trying to overthrow the local dictator Anton Castillo. Far Cry 6 is based on the fictional island of Yara, and has been called the largest map of any Far Cry game yet. Players will have access to a variety of hand-made weapons and local vehicles in their fight against the forces of Castillo.
