What To Expect In Season 2?
Sources have revealed that Season 2 will cover Reverse Mountain, Drum Island, Whiskey Peak, Little Garden, and Lougetown arcs.
Fans also seem to be outraged because the Alabasta arc is seemingly not going to be covered this season. However, this is seemingly necessary in order to maintain the regular 10-episode season.
Since this arc is quite detrimental to the plot progression, it is believed that the Alabasta arc will receive its own season.
The One Piece author, Oda-sensei, has made it abundantly clear on his Twitter post that he is giving the showrunners, Netflix, the studio, and everyone in between quite a hard time in order to make the series into the masterpiece that he has visualized.
He has also revealed that everyone involved in the making of season 2 shares the same passion that he has towards the series, which is why all of his peculiar demands are put up with, and he expressed his appreciation toward everyone working with him for the same.
