In Once Human, you will have the freedom to have your own territory. It will be your safe place and serve as the base of operations. You can use it to rest and recharge, store items, craft equipment and vehicles. Later in the game, you will unlock upgrades to expand your base.
During the course of the game, you come across a mission where the objective is to purify your territory. Successfully doing so will earn you Starchroms.
How to purify your territory in Once Human?
You will need the following items:
- 30x Metal Scraps
- 20x Glass
- 20x Rubber
- 10x Copper Ingots
- 10x Acid
You also must have an Eclipse Cortex Stone so complete dungeons and events to obtain it.
Use the materials mentioned above to craft the Stardust Resonant Filter. Open Facilities under the Build menu, select Function Facility. Choose the Stardust Resonant Filter and place it in your territory.
Its ideal position should be as far away from the center as possible. Here are some tips to protect it from monsters:
- Place it on an elevated platform.
- Place sandbags around it to prevent melee attacks.
- Put down traps to avoid any enemy getting close.
Now, go to the Stardust Resonant Filter and press “F” to activate. Insert at least one Eclipse Cortex Stone. They come in three levels with varying difficulty.
Next, select the “Start Purity” button. This is when the monsters will start coming in.
As soon as you hit that button, a timer will appear. Your objective is to protect the machine and eliminate anyone who will disrupt the purification process.
If you are successful in completing the given task, your base will be purified, and you will have a hefty amount of Starchroms.
