Evade Spiritborn Build Explained – Diablo 4: Vessel of Hatred DLC

The sixth class in Diablo 4’s Vessel of Hatred DLC has taken the internet by storm. Spiritborn is a mobile class with the perfect mix of Monk and Rogue. While every build is good, the Evade Spiritborn is one to watch out for. When mastered, you can Evade, cast Quill Volleys, play around with the Storm Feathers mechanic and much more.

1. Evade Spiritborn Overview

This powerful build is based on the Eagle Spirit Hall choice and the use of Evade. The Eagle Spirit choice lets the player launch Storm Feathers attacks and inflict Vulnerable, causing a significant amount of damage. 

Evade Spiritborn reduces the cooldown period after casting Evade and Quill Volley. This skill makes way for a playstyle which can guarantee hits even in an intense, high-pressure situation.

3. Evade Spiritborn Gears

Chest	Undying Aspect	When you cast a Skill, you heal for up to 2.5% Life, doubled below 50% Life
Gloves	Aspect of Accursed Touch	Lucky Hit: 20% to 40% chance to inflict Vampiric Curse, which makes them Vulnerable
Pants	Aspect of Binding Morass	Close enemies, or enemies dealt indirect damage, are Slowed for 3 seconds. You deal 20% more damage to Slowed enemies
Boots	Aspect of Sky Power	Lucky Hit: Up to a 25% chance to create a Mystic Circle. Casting an Eagle Skill inside a circle moves the circle and explodes when you Evade
Amulet	Aspect of Falling Feathers	Using a Mobility skill or Evading spawns Storm Feathers behind you, dealing Lightning Damage on impact after falling from the sky
Ring 1	Edgemaster’s Aspect	Skills deal up to 25% more damage based on your Primary Resource available when cast
Ring 2	Aspect of Exhilaration	Lucky Hit: Hitting a Vulnerable enemy has a 15% to 25% chance to reset Evade’s cooldown. Chance boosted by 3% for each Ferocity stack

4. Evade Spiritborn Highlights

• Band of the First Breath (Ring)
  • Restores Vigor when you cast Evade, doubles damage after gaining a stack of Resolve. Grants Armored Hide passive.
  • Small chance to drop from all enemies and the Obol vendor.

• Loyalty’s Mantle (Helm)
  • When Spirit Hall bonuses match, they double. Skills of the same type gain significant Vigor Cost and Cooldown reduction.
  • Drops from Grigoire, The Galvanic Saint and the Obol vendor.
• Sepazontec (Staff)
  • Forces Basic Attacks to always benefit from Third Attack bonuses. Every Third Attack strikes 3x, proccing the Third Attack bonus each time.
  • Drops from Duriel, King of Maggots and the Obol vendor.
