On November 30, Crunchyroll began streaming the English dub trailer for The Quintessential Quintuplets Movie. The movie will be screened in the United States and Canada with an English dub on December 2.

The film launched in Japan on May 20 and serves as a finale to the anime. It is preceded by The Quintessential Quintuplets television anime which ran for 2 seasons. The anime’s first season aired in January 2019 and consisted of 12 episodes. The second season concluded in March 2021.
The anime’s plot is about a high school second-year named Futaro Uesugi who comes across a private tutoring gig with good pay. After deciding to take up the job, he discovers that his pupils are classmates of his, who are also quintuplets.
The five girls he has to tutor are all troublemakers and hate studying. Futaro is tasked with gaining the sisters’ trust and attempting to save them from flunking out of school.
The anime is based on the manga by Negi Haruba who launched the original manga in August 2017 in Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen Magazine. The manga series ended in in February 2020.
