Shiki fights Jinn and struggles to take advantage of his Overdrive. However, he is the current last hope for Rebecca to escape and will have to win this fight no matter what. He will likely outsmart him or evolve his ether gear, or there is no chance of victory.

Meanwhile, Homura faces off against Sylph and is immediately brought to a defensive position as she faces her wind powers. The fight, however, is more likely to go in Homura’s favor as her power is nothing to scoff about, and the medicine she has can never go into Sylph’s hands.

Hermit notices the communication shut down and alerts Shiki of her last spotted location. Meanwhile, Sister tries to figure out the motives behind Drakken for targeting this ship. An underworld member who only moves with a plan and definite reason, their current attack seems entirely out of the blue.

Shiki and Homura find the medicine box in the area where Rebecca went missing but are met with a sudden gust of wind. In the Wind Element, Sylph cuts them off and takes them on in battle. However, she isn’t alone; Jinn also returns to meet Shiki again.

Rebecca and Happy find themselves in a luxurious mansion room with Drakken Joe. He wants to chat with her, and Rebecca is forced to comply with his wishes; luckily, he does not intend to harm her and lets her know.

Shiki’s opponent is Jinn again since their battle at Illega Tower, and he comments that Shiki hasn’t changed since then. His Ether Gear seems completely different, and a hugely powerful machine called the Overdrive is unleashed.

Drakken Joe shows a tied-up Labilia, and Rebecca is distressed seeing her like this, and he continues to chat with her. Midway, he knocks her back into the same cage as Labilia, and she immediately tries to save her, but Daichi, another Element 4, stops her.

Rebecca tries to attack him but is quickly restrained to the wall by Daichi’s Ether. Shiki also struggles to fight against Jinn’s newly acquired Overdrive and ninjutsu attacks that completely outpower his gravity Ether. Using him as a distraction, Homura tries to escape with the medicine.
