Drugstore in Another World Episode 4 aired this week.

Kirio came up with more inventions. First, he made a beautiful skin gel for Lady Flan to shut off other nobles who were bullying her. Second, he made a Charm Fragrance to help Elaine, which ended with her crushing on him.

In episode 4, Kirio brought two more inventions into existence. First, Kirio received Rokushou nuts from a squirrel as compensation for helping it. 

Kirio used these to prepare a sauce to help out a restaurant that was going to close down. He also created an aphrodisiac to help Zeral to express his feelings to Feris.

Episode 5 Speculations and Discussions

It is pretty evident that every episode of this anime is just going to be Kirio inventing new things. 

We will get to see Kirio try and invent stuff that existed in his previous world in this new world as it is kind of backward when it comes to technological progress. 

However, one big plot twist now is that the Demon King is interested in him. Since she is in love with his potions, she will want to meet him eventually.

Once again, our simple pharmacist is going to be surrounded by yet another pretty woman.

Episode 5 of the Drugstore in Another World anime has been released on Wednesday, Aug 04, 2021. The episode title or preview has not been shown.

Episode 4 is split into two parts. 

1. Today’s Prescription: Part 1 Rokushou Sauce

It starts off with Drugstore in Another World helping a poisoned squirrel who returns the favor by bringing them Rokushou nuts every day.

When Kirio presents these nuts to Rena, her father claims that these are extremely rare to find. He also states that it is not an easy task to cook with Rokushou nuts.

Kirio then decides to help their restaurant, which is going into a loss, by creating the Rokushou sauce. He successfully creates the sauce, which increases the sales of the restaurant significantly. 

A wealthy merchant tries to buy the recipe of the sauce from Kirio, but he blatantly denies him saying that money cannot buy everything.

2. Today’s Prescription: Part 2 Emotional Drive

It starts off with Feris visiting Kirio’s store and consulting him regarding some issues in her personal life.

She states that she and Zeral have not been engaging in any intimate activities recently and gets anxious, thinking that he is not into her. 

She requests Kirio to make her an aphrodisiac so she can get Zeral back in the mood. Kirio reluctantly accepts the request and successfully creates a powerful aphrodisiac.

However, unfortunately, Mina ends up drinking it and starts having feelings for Kirio. Noella even convinces Anabelle to drink the potion, and she feels the same way. 

Kirio asks Noella to pass him the antidote, but she ends up breaking it. The next day, both of them are really embarrassed as they recollect their memories.

The episode ends with Zeral drinking the aphrodisiac and feeling a particular way towards Kirio, showing that the potion is effective.
