Drugstore in Another World Episode 2: Release Date, Speculation, And Watch Online

Drugstore in Another World Episode 1, titled “Today’s Prescription,” aired this week.

In episode 1, Kirio, Noella, and Mina were introduced to the show. We saw the functioning of Kirio’s drugstore. Kirio helped many people out by selling his Energy Potions. He also helped Zeral out by calming his girlfriend down.

1. Episode 2 Speculations and Discussions

Drugstore in Another World seems like it is going to be one of the more easy-going anime of this season. 

Unlike most Isekais, this anime has not yet shown the protagonist’s death in one world (obviously because of Truck-kun) and his reincarnation in the other world. 

I hope they provide us with more context on his past life and what led him to be the alchemist that he is currently. 

2. Episode 2 Release Date

Episode 2 of the Drugstore in Another World anime has been released on Wednesday, Jul 14, 2021. The episode title or preview has not been shown.

The title of the next episode has not been revealed yet. Unfortunately, there is no preview available either.

No, Drugstore in Another World is not on break this week. Episode 2 is set to air as scheduled. No delay has been announced.

3. Recap of Episode 1

Episode 1 of Drugstore in Another World is segregated into three parts. Part one, two, and three are titled “Super (energy) Potion,” “Landenflower Tea,” and “Botanical Deodorant,” respectively. 

Part one starts off with Kirio turning Noella back into her human form with his potions. Mina then calls out to them to open up the drugstore.   

General Store owner Alf arrives at Kirio’s store. He requests that Kirio let him sell his Energy Potion in his store, calling it Super Potion. 

Alf then tells how his fifth child is on the way, and he would really appreciate the financial aid. Kirio readily agrees to help him and gives him 25 potions as Alf had helped him start his drugstore. 

Alf sells the potions, and it gets popular immediately. The reason for its popularity is that it tastes delicious, unlike other energy potions. 

Part two starts off with Kirio and Noella running Mina’s errand of purchasing ingredients. During this errand, two people come running towards them. It’s a girl chasing a guy with a small dagger in her hand, later introduced as Zeral and Feris. 

Zeral hides behind Kirio asking to be protected from Feris, who is acting like a lunatic. Upon asking, it is revealed that they are lovers, and Feris is overly possessive of Zerala and is insecure of every woman he comes across.

Since Zeral asked Kirio to help him, he tells Zeral to come by the store later. He then gives Zeral a prescription which is to be given to Feris before she sleeps.

The next day, Zeral comes to Kirio’s drugstore and is grateful to him for the prescription as it worked like a charm. However, Kirio reveals that it was nothing more than Landenflower Tea that helps calm a person down. 

The last part starts off with Kirio making a deodorant that can be used on natural things, naming it Botanical Deodorant. He comes up with this idea when Noella is affected by the odor of a flower that only beasts can smell. 

The episode ends with his Botanical Deodorant becoming his second most popular product after the Super Potion since it is very useful in toilets.
