It also announced that the Ochikobore Fruit Tart anime would be broadcast starting October 2020.
Dropout Idol Fruit Tart anime was initially supposed to air in July 2020. However, the ongoing pandemic had delayed the release to October.
The manga’s new visual portrays Ino, Roko, Hayu, Nina, and Hemo all fired up for their debut as teenage idols. Ino Sakura takes center stage while her friends join in, each symbolizing a different fruit.
The staff behind the anime have ensured fans that the production procedure is going smoothly and that the release date is getting closer.
Hamayumiba first debuted the manga as a one-shot in the Kirara Carat magazine, and soon it debuted as a full-fledged manga in 2014. It is a story of aspiring idols who group up to save the dorm that they have grown to love.
As the name of the idol group is “Fruit Tart,” we can expect some fresh, sweet, and sour charms from the anime girls, which can keep the audience hooked.
Keiichiro Kawaguchi directs the anime adaptation under studio Feel.
Both Kawaguchi and Tatsuya Takahashi are in charge of the series composition, and Monaca is the music composer. The anime will be streamed by Funimation in North America and the British Isles.
