If anyone knows how to keep fans in suspense, it’s the Dragon Ball staff.
After original characters were teased for the upcoming movie, fans had flooded the Internet with theories. In the Jump Festa ‘22 event, we are finally got some closure to the movie.
Dragon Ball Super is joining in the movie madness of the anime world with its new film, Super Hero. This is the first film after Broly, and with an original plot from Toriyama-sensei, it has generated quite some curiosity in the fandom.
Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero will be released in Japanese theaters on April 22, 2022. A new trailer was released for the upcoming installment of the series.
The trailer gives us some much-needed action scenes. The new characters, Gamma #1 and Gamma #2 are also teased. The battles also show a nerdy Gohan who will finally get the spotlight he deserves.
Both the Gammas belong to the Red Ribbon Army. This criminal organization has been mentioned in the previous Dragon Ball series and will be the primary antagonistic group in this movie.
Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero has also incorporated CGI elements that are visible in the trailer. The film will receive worldwide release at a later date.
Two fantastic new cast members are also joining the film.
