The fifth episode of Dragon Ball DAIMA ended with the introduction of a mysterious girl who unintentionally turned Goku and the others into fugitives. In between their rush to reach the Demon King’s palace, what will become of this new girl that suddenly appeared?
We’ll answer that and more with our recap of the 5th episode of Dragon Ball DAIMA. We’ll also be revealing the release date and speculations for the 6th episode of the anime.
1. Dragon Ball DAIMA Episode 6 Release Date
Dragon Ball DAIMA will have its sixth episode released on Friday, the 15th of November 2024. It can be streamed online through official sources like Netflix, Crunchyroll, and Hulu.

No. Dragon Ball DAIMA will be having its episode aired on Friday as per schedule with no delay.
2. Dragon Ball DAIMA Episode 5 Recap
The episode began with the mysterious girl introducing herself as Pansy. She then demanded to accompany them. After she was told not to, she still decided to follow them anyway since she knew the way to the palace.
She asked the others for their names as well and asked Goku which race he belonged to. Glorio answered on Goku’s behalf and told her that he belonged to the second demon world. She still had quite a few questions to ask, but Glorio stopped her and asked her to find someone else if she simply wanted to talk. Regardless, she decided to stay, and even served as a good guide for them on their route to the Demon King’s palace.
Finally, when they reached the palace, two guards stopped them from entering, and asked Glorio about who the children were. This is when Pansy popped up from behind, and the guards immediately shuddered and addressed her as “Princess.” This had Goku and the others shocked when they realized that the girl who accompanied them was the princess of the palace all along. She seemed to be quite humble about this, though, as she guided Goku and the others to the king’s chamber without making any snarky comments.
In the king’s chamber, we were introduced to the king of the third demon world, who was a robust and scary-looking man. The king asked Glorio why he had brought children when he was asked to find someone who could defeat King Gomah. This was when Glorio explained that Goku was really accomplished, as he had defeated Majin Buu. It’s important to note here that the king had not asked Glorio to bring Goku, but Glorio hid this fact from Goku and the others. This makes it likely that he’s hiding something.
Pansy chimed in here too; she told the king that Goku is really powerful and that he saved her life. The king thanked him for this. Goku and Shin then revealed their plans of defeating king Gomah in order to revert their bodies to usual. They also spoke of bringing the three dragon balls of the demon world together, and this plan of theirs got the king and Pansy baffled, as defeating the Tamagami and acquiring the dragon balls was a feat that was unheard of in the demon world.
After this, the king decided to put Goku’s strength to the test, as he still wasn’t convinced. So, he had Goku spar against several of his most capable men. This definitely didn’t phase Goku in the least, as he had them all defeated in jiffy, with a grand demonstration of his superior combat abilities. The king was really satisfied with this and had a plane arranged for them to travel to the second demon world. He also had a few alterations done to the plane that would let them bypass Warp Sama.
On hearing this, Shin asked the king if he could make any arrangements for their friends from Earth who were going to join them as reinforcements. The king assigned a demon named Hybis to have their friends from Earth to be brought to the third demon world. With this, they were all set to go, only one small little hitch though: Pansy demanded to go along with them because she wanted to see King Gomah’s downfall, and she claimed to prove useful as she was good with machines.
After Goku and the others set sail on their new airplane, they were successfully on their way to the second demon world to defeat King Gomah- is what we’d like to say; however, due to the excessive weight of the things Pansy brought inside, the plane started malfunctioning, and the episode ended with all of them crashing into the ground.
3. What To Expect in Episode 6?
We can expect the next episode to start with Pansy showing off her mechanic skills, which she boasted about quite a lot. With this minor setback, we can expect Vegeta and the others on Earth to be able to catch up to them at least a little bit since Hybis will shortly be heading over to planet Earth to bring them to the demon world.
4. About Dragon Ball Daima
‘Dragon Ball Daima’ is the fifth anime installment in the Dragon Ball franchise. The series was announced during the Dragon Ball Special Panel at New York Comic Con 2023, and it is set to air in fall 2024.
The story and settings, as well as many of the designs, are handled by Akira Toriyama, the original creator of the Dragon Ball series. The title “Daima” is a made-up term, which would translate to “Evil” in English. However, the kanji used for Daima means “great” and “demon/magic.”
In this series, due to a conspiracy, Goku and his friends are turned small, and they head off to a new world. It’s a grand adventure with intense action in an unknown and mysterious world.
