The Dragon Ball series is back this season to satiate all Dragon Ball fans who were yearning for more content. The first episode of Dragon Ball DAIMA aired last week, and the episode ended with the big reveal where Goku, Vegeta, and everyone else turned into little kids.
The latest episode that aired on the 19th of October will have more information on this sudden transformation. This article will include the recap of episode 2, as well as reveal the release date and speculations of episode 3 of Dragon Ball DAIMA.
1. Dragon Ball DAIMA Episode 3 Release Date
Dragon Ball DAIMA will have its third episode released on Friday, the 25th of October, 2024. It can be streamed online through official sources like Netflix, Crunchyroll, and Hulu.
2. Dragon Ball DAIMA Episode 2 Recap
The episode began with the reveal that everyone had turned into children. While Vegeta, Goku, and everyone else were shocked at their own appearances, it would seem Trunks, and every one of his age had turned into babies.
Later, Mr. Popo revealed to the group that it was Neva and Degesu who were responsible for having Shenron turn them into babies. They had to go to the Demon Realm to have their issues fixed, but there was no way to unfortunately no way to.
They, however, did have a spaceship that was out of order. To fix this, Goku brought his trusted mechanic, Bulma, and she started working on its repairs. Meanwhile, Goku was flying around, trying to get used to his new body.
The last part of the episode saw a mysterious spaceship landing at Goku’s place. A man named Glorio came out of it and asked Goku for his help to defeat Gomah, who had the demon realm under control. Since Gomah was also obviously related to their transformation, Goku agreed to go with him.
After Bulma took a look at Glorio’s spaceship for reference to fix her spaceship, the episode concluded with Shin, Goku, and Glorio’s departure to the demon realm.
3. What To Expect in Episode 3?
Since Goku and Shin are now going to the demon realm, we can expect them to reach their destination by the next episode. We should also get to see more of Gomah and his evil schemes as well. Since Shin has expressed his suspicions on Glorio, lets hope we’ll get to see more of why he suspected her.
On Vegeta’s side, we can expect him to be pretty frustrated since he wasn’t able to accompany Goku to the Demon World. Since Bulma said her repairs would be over way faster thanks to Glorio, hopefully, the ship would be repaired by the end of episode 3.
4. About Dragon Ball Daima
‘Dragon Ball Daima’ is the fifth anime installment in the Dragon Ball franchise. The series was announced during the Dragon Ball Special Panel at New York Comic Con 2023, and it is set to air in fall 2024.
The story and settings, as well as many of the designs, are handled by Akira Toriyama, the original creator of the Dragon Ball series. The title “Daima” is a made-up term, which would translate to “Evil” in English. However, the kanji used for Daima means “great” and “demon/magic.”
In this series, due to a conspiracy, Goku and his friends are turned small, and they head off to a new world. It’s a grand adventure with intense action in an unknown and mysterious world.
