Riichiro Inagaki’s Dr. Stone manga marked the end of its third part with chapter 138 on February 9. With more information about Why-man now being revealed, the manga seems to be coming to an end.
Chapter 139, titled “First Dream”, reveals the location of Why-Man – the Moon. This gets Senku excited as it means he now gets to realize his lifelong dream of taking humanity to space.
The chapter starts off the 4th and most likely final part of the series. Everyone gets shocked because Why-Man’s voice strongly resembles Senku’s voice. However, Ukyo puts his sharp hearing in use realizes that the voice is artificial.
After performing some calculations, Senku discovers that the signals are originating from the Moon, which sets the team on Senku’s initial dream – to take humanity to space.
The chapter ends with the image of a massive rocket. It will probably be continued by Senku’s plan to build one from the raw materials available in this primitive world.
