She bragged about this in front of her friends and called it a clinch. The following day, Nagatoro and her friends hang out in the art club room due to a noisy group of boys.
Later, Sakura revealed that she is being stalked by someone and asked Senpai to be her ‘fake boyfriend.’ But Nagatoro captured her stalker, not giving Sakura any chance to get close to Senpai.

I feel like Gamo especially has caught on that both of them at least have feelings for each other in her recording. So, she will use it to her advantage to tease Nagatoro.
Sakura could have got anyone else to pretend to be her boyfriend. But she got Senpai because the group might be conspiring something, acting as a catalyst in growing Nagatoro’s and Senpai’s relationship.

3. Episode 9 Recap
As Senpai paints in the club room, Nagatoro practices shadow boxing. She expresses her obsession with boxing after Senpai showed her an episode of ‘Hajime no Ippo.’ She asks Senpai to be her partner, but he replies that he doesn’t know boxing.
Nagatoro says that it’s okay, and he can just stand there as a punching bag. As Nagatoro practices, Senpai slips and accidentally ends up hugging her.
Later, she immediately ran to brag to her friends about what just happened. She calls the incident a ‘clinch.’ Yoshi says that she also wants to try clinching with Senpai. Sakura says that she would rather pin him down.
Gamo says that they should go and spar Paisen, but the jealous Nagatoro says that boxing is not played outside the ring.
Even though Nagatoro tried her best, her friends go to the club room. Nagatoro rushes and asks Senpai to run away. But he doesn’t get a chance to run. Nagatoro challenges Gamo for a match.
The following day, as Senpai walks into the club room, he finds Nagatoro and her friends hanging out there. They explain that they usually hang out in the school cafeteria, but lately, a loud and annoying group of boys hangs out there.
As Sakura seduced them to divide their group, they expect to return within a week. And for the time being, they will hang out in the art club room.
Gamo says Senpai doesn’t have any libido. But Nagatoro teases Senpai into giving him a kiss to make him blush to prove Gamo wrong. She insists Senpai is actually a closet perv. As a result, they end up fighting.
Nagatoro challenges Gamo that if she finds a dirty book hidden in the room by him, she would have proved he actually has a libido.
As they both turn the room upside down, Senpai comes and keeps one such book in the bookshelf and indirectly tells Nagatoro about it. Hence, she wins the bet.
The next day, when Nagatoro enters the art club room, Senpai notices her new earring and compliments it. Nagatoro offers to pierce his lobe and says that they could have a matching pair.
As Senpai closes his eyes, Nagatoro pinches him. On opening his eyes, Senpai realizes that she has yet again pranked him.
Sakura cries and explains that she is being stalked by someone. She asks Naoto to pretend to be her boyfriend so she can get rid of her stalker.
But Nagatoro feels jealous and says that she will end up having two stalkers. Senpai agrees to be her pretend boyfriend, which shocks Nagatoro.
The following day, Senpai and Sakura go on their fake date. Meanwhile, Nagatoro, Gamo, and Yoshi follow them and record everything.
Before Senpai and Sakura could get too close, Nagatoro captures the stalker. On their way back home, Nagatoro teases Senpai for his ‘first date.’
