Atomic Heart is a first-person shooter game that features an alternate universe where the Soviet Union has developed advanced technology based on the power of electricity and otherworldly substances.

How to get the bad ending in Atomic Heart?
The first ending is unlocked by selecting the dialogue option “I’m not laying a finger on Sechenov. I’m out. I’ve had enough of this game.” This option allows Major P-3 to walk away from the situation entirely.
He destroys his polymer glove and accuses Charles and Granny Zina of trying to turn him against Sechenov before leaving for an unknown location. The outcome ends with camera footage of a black polymer that could be the remnants of Charles.
How to get the good (true) ending in Atomic Heart?
The second ending is unlocked by selecting the dialogue option “Whatever, lady… why don’t you show me what’s in that arsenal of yours?” This option leads to a fight between Major Nechaev and Sechenov.
After taking down the ballerina twins, Nechaev shoots Sechenov in the stomach. As he bleeds out, Sechenov reveals that Charles was responsible for sending the Major into Limbo, the alternate psychedelic reality induced by Kollektiv, initiating his own ‘combat mode’ to assassinate Molotov and Filatova.
Before the Major can react, Charles makes him immobilize. He slithers his polymer form out from the glove’s shell to merge with the vat of red polymer in Sechenov’s office, becoming a polymerized “jelly man.” Charles then snaps Sechenov’s neck and destroys Kollektiv 2.0’s alpha connector, leaving humanity entirely under his influence.
Major Nechaev returns to Limbo alongside other polymerized individuals, where he has a vision of one of Sechenov’s twin ballerinas reaching out to him, likely symbolizing Ekaterina.
How long does it take to beat Atomic Heart?
The game’s developers have stated that the primary story campaign would take approximately 15-20 hours to complete depending on factors such as your playstyle, difficulty level, and exploration.
This does not include additional side quests or exploration of the game’s open world, which can add several hours to the total gameplay time.
If you plan to explore and complete everything the game has to offer fully, you can expect to spend 30-40 hours playing Atomic Heart.
Will Atomic Heart have DLCs?
Atomic Heart will have four DLCs as confirmed by Mundfish and Focus Entertainment. These DLCs will provide access to new regions and labs, additional weaponry, monsters, bosses, and other features. These DLCs will be integrated into the main game as additional areas within Facility 3826.
Although the release date for these DLCs has not been confirmed yet, they are expected to be available within the next 18 months, based on the typical timeline for DLC releases. Interested players can purchase the Atomic Pass, which includes all four DLCs, for $39.99.
