Digimon Adventure 2020 Episode 13: Release Date, Watch Online, Updates

1. Episode 13 Release Date

Episode 13 of the Digimon Adventure 2020 Anime, titled “Garudamon of the Crimson Wings,” will be released on Sunday, August 30, 2020. 

In the next episode, Sora and Piyomon will take centre stage as they battle against the enemy!

2. Episode 13 Preview & Speculation

The preview of episode 13, titled “Garudamon of the Crimson Wings,” showed another great adventure within the floating fortress! We will see Sora’s love bringing a new glow for Piyomon.

After Taichi and his group defeated Andromon and Palmon getting the super evolution into Lilimon, they continue with their journey. On the other hand, Sora’s group will have to face the enemy Digimon controlled by Soundbirdmon in this episode!

Under Matt’s guidance, Garurumon is seen to get caught up in intense combat, and Piyomon will finally evolve into the bird covered in flames; Garudamon! The viewers are looking forward to episode 13, marking the staggering character growth of Sora and Piyomon.

3. Recap of Episode 12

I. Rise of Guardromon

Episode 12, titled “Lilimon Blooms,” begins Mimi and Palmon falling in the trap after the gang had split up to avoid the swamp emitting the dark miasma. They try to search for a way back up, while Koshiro tries to find them using his laptop.

Mimi and Palmon find metal junkyard underground and figure out those were scraped Digimon! Andromon suddenly appears in front Mimi and tries to eliminate her.

Palmon evolves and turns into Togemon but taking one hit from Andromon, Togemon falls! Guardromon raises from dirt to save Mimi! He attacks Andromon and carries Mimi and Palmon out.

II. Fallen Hero

Meanwhile, Agumon and Taichi descend into the underground area where Mimi had fallen. They reach down only to be attacked by Hagurumon which were controlled by Soundbirdmon!

Agumon evolves and fights against Hagurumon. Guardromon takes Mimi to the elevator, but Andromon catches up with them, Andromon attacks and defeats Guardromon but Koshiro and Kabuterimon save Mimi! Soon Taichi and Metalgreymon join in the battle but find it challenging to defeat Andromon.

Ultimately Guardromon sacrifices himself for Mimi, and her devastation mixed with rage causes Togemon’s super Evolution into Lilimon! Lilimon successfully takes down Andromon and the kids move forward in their journey after paying respects to Guardromon.

Digimon Adventure is a 2020 Japanese anime television series. It is the eighth anime series in the Digimon franchise and a reboot but set in the parallel world of the original 1999 anime television series.

In the year 2020, a series of cyber-attacks across Tokyo are the result of catastrophic events in another world within the internet, the Digital World, where creatures called Digimon live. While getting ready for summer camp, eight children are transported to the Digital World, where they acquire Digivices and Digimon partners while learning that they have been chosen to stop the unknown threats to their worlds.
