Devs confirm an update for The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered

Naughty Dog has confirmed a new update for the Last of Us Part 2 Remastered.

This update brings the Grounded Two documentary to the game, diving deep into the making of the original Last of Us Part 2.

There are also a host of bug fixes and confirmed new skins for Abby and Ellie.

Everything seems to be going right for Naughty Dog. In a rich purple patch, the developers have released yet another update to further improve on the already successful The Last of Us Part 2 Remaster.

As a part of the latest update to The Last of Us Part 2 Remastered, developers Naughty Dog have included a behind-the-scenes look at the development of The Last of Us Part 2. Already available on Naughty Dog’s YouTube channel, this update consists of an in-game documentary.

This two-hour documentary explores the process behind the choices that went into making the original Last of Us Part 2. The documentary includes the game’s directors, developers, and voice actors.

Additionally, as per the speculations, Abbie and Ellie will get new skins as a part of this update. General gameplay improvements and many minor bug fixes are expected in every significant AAA title.

There are tweaks to the fan-favorite No Return mode of the Last of Us Part 2 Remastered. Accessibility is always a sketchy topic for developers as it’s hard for them to perfect.

However, developers at Naughty Dog are hard at work and have improved the accessibility options in-game. Changes have been made to improve the readability aspect of the HUD. There are also fixed audio cues when zooming in with scope on the body regions of characters.

The high Contrast setting has also been fixed. Regarding the notable inclusions, No Return’s HUD color changes not being saved have been set, and Lost Levels have improved Navigation Assistance.
