Black Clover has been on air since October 2017 and doesn’t seem to be losing steam even after 110 episodes. Fans will confirm this as the series opens a nasty new card in every new episode. The last episode showed Charmy’s new wolf form and looks like the franchise has more early Christmas gifts to unveil.
A new key visual for the series has been released on their official Twitter account as well as on their website. The visual shows Asta and others gearing up to fight against the Elven people in the newest arc of the anime.
The Tweet also adds that Showtaro Morikubo (Shikamaru from Naruto, Boruto: Naruto Next Generations) will be joining Black Clover as Devil.

The devil will appear in episode 115 which is set to air on December 24 in Japan and on Crunchyroll. Upon asked about the new role, Morikubo said:
“I was in charge of a very unique character and played very very happily. More creepy, more uncomfortable, more demonic. If you feel uncomfortable, you’ll run out of actors.”
Devils belong to an ancient race of magical beings that dwell in the underworld. Devils are large humanoid figures bearing pointed teeth, horns, tails, bat-like wings, and everything a scary demon should have. They have access to particularly formidable and frightening forms of magic, such as Anti Magic and Kotodama Magic.
Normally, devils do not appear in the living world on their own unless a mage uses Forbidden Magic along with a sacrifice to summon a devil and use its power. Once a devil gets a physical body, it can unleash its true form and power in the living world.
Episode 115 Spoilers Ahead
One can only imagine the impending horror with even Yuno looking scared! Expect the next two episodes to be of the “do not miss” category.
