Demon Slayer is one of the only anime with a great sequel schedule. They release seasons like clockwork, perfectly timed and with excellent animation quality. And now, the next installment of ‘Demon Slayer’ has been announced.
Aniplex revealed in its “promotion reel 2024” video that the Demon Slayer: Hashira Training Arc, will premiere in spring 2024 with a one-hour episode.
The anime will have another movie following the pattern of Swordsman Village Arc. The final episode of ‘Kimetsu no Yaiba: Swordsmith Village Arc’ and the first episode of Kimetsu no Yaiba: Hashira Training Arc will be compiled and released in Japan and 140 countries and regions starting in February.
The world tour will be shown in the following regions.
Region | Release Date |
Tokyo | February 2-3 |
New York | February 10 |
Seoul | February 11 |
Mexico City and Singapore | February 17 |
Jakarta | February 18 |
Paris and Taipei | February 24 |
London and Hong Kong | February 25 |
The promotional reel starts with Nezuko saying ‘Good Morning.’ It is an indication of Nezuko’s humanization. The video shifts its focus to the timeline of the anime’s seasons starting from 2019.
It features some of the most epic moments from every season and then introduces the world tour.
The arc will focus on Tanjiro as he goes to see the Stone Hashira, Himejima. The Stone Hashira intends to prepare him for the battles to come. Earning Himejima’s approval seems impossible, but Tanjiro won’t give up.
While most of the fans are excited about the release of ‘Hashira Training Arc,’ some of them seem disappointed. The ‘Hashira Training Arc’ only has 11-12 chapters, and the fans believe that the pace would be too slow. However, we cannot be sure of anything until the season comes out, so let’s see how it turns out!
