In episode five, titled “Move Forward,” Tanjiro told Inosuke about the situation with the train and to protect the passengers.
Nezuko got help from Zenitsu while fighting the demon. Rengoku woke up and told Tanjiro about finding the demon’s neck to stop it. Inosuke and Tanjiro tried to sever the neck but got caught in Enmu’s spell.

Episode 6 Speculations and Discussion
Tanjiro and Inosuke’s coordination in taking down Enmu was great to see during the episode. With the slayers defeating the demon, the Mugen Train arc is almost near its end.
Enmu is defeated, and chaos happens with the train. What will the slayers find as they rescue the passengers after the derailing? Is Enmu still going to fight back? I think given the title of the next episode, you can expect another demon to appear.
The last two episodes are going to be intense as things take a dramatic turn with Rengoku. Tanjiro and the slayers will face such events only to witness the unexpected. As the Mugen Train arc unfolds, let’s wait and see what the following episode brings us.
Episode 6 Release Date
Episode 6 of the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba anime, titled “Akaza”, has been released on Sunday, Nov 21, 2021.

Episode 5 Recap
This episode continues with Tanjiro explaining to Inosuke about Enmu being fused with the train and protecting the passengers. As they talk, the train turns into the demon’s flesh. Insouke charges ahead and saves the passengers from the demon’s tentacles.
Nezuko reading the situation also protects the passengers. While she protects, she gets caught by the tentacles, but Zenitsu frees her using his thunder breathing technique. Nezuko then finds out Zenitsu is fighting in his sleep.
Tanjiro tries to figure out how to deal with the demon while defending himself. Meanwhile, Rengoku is seen awake and attacks the flesh of the demon. Meeting Tanjiro, he mentions finding the demon’s head with Inosuke while he, Zenitsu, and Nezuko defend the passengers.
As Tanjiro looks around, Inosuke tells him he’s found the neck, and it’s near the engine at the front. Inosuke and Tanjiro find the neck bone and try to sever it, but Enmu protects his neck. Enmu then regenerates around his neck, making a solid defense.
Tanjiro then comes up with a plan with Inosuke to synchronize their breathing and attack together. As they attack, Enmu uses a blood demon art, causing them to sleep again. Tanjiro mentions Inosuke how to break the spell by dying in the dream.
Breaking from the dream, Tanjiro falls into a loop of Enmu’s spells. He finds it frustrating how he ends up under the spell over and over. With frustration Tanjiro almost cuts himself in reality, but luckily Inosuke stops him and tells him not to fall for the demon’s tricks.
They then coordinate accordingly and move towards Enmu’s neck. As Inosuke breaks Enmu’s defenses, Tanjiro gets an opening. He uses a fire breathing technique and slices Enmu’s neck using Hinokami Kagura.
Enmu desperately tries to regenerate using the passengers, but Rengoku prevents it from happening. With this, the train derails off the tracks.
