Demon Slayer Manga Achieves Yet Another Milestone

Then Demon Slayer’s 18th Volume sold over 1 million copies from its first print, becoming the 3rd Shonen Jump series to achieve the goal in this decade. However, it looks like the series has achieved yet another goal.

@JUMP_j_BOOKS tweeted out the news that Demon Slayer has a whopping 800,000 copies in circulation currently. The content of the manga speaks for itself, the series has been getting a lot of attention from fans worldwide recently. It has also been confirmed that Demon Slayer has sold 100,000 volumes in under two days.

This sales figure includes digital sales and reprints. Still, the number represents the growing fan base of the series, which is the true metric to judge the popularity of a series. This record is only going to jump up as a new volume of Demon Slayer was released in Japan. The hype around the series mixed with the spirit of the holiday season implies that readers are going to have a great time.
