Episode 12 is titled, “Taboo Magic.” The preview was not revealed at the end of episode 11. According to the end of the episode, we speculate that Eleanor might reveal the true identity of herself as she called herself “Magic” and she may also tell Anos about Hero Kanon and the true motive of the Hero Academy!

3. Recap of Episode 11

Episode 11 titled, “The Glow of Life” begins with round two of Inter-Academy exams between the demons and the heroes. Anos fights against the students of hero academy while protecting Misha. While doing so, one of the heroes named Zeshia attacks Anos, but Anos with his vast magic powers stops her and upon touching her he could hear Eleanor’s voice asking them to visit the shrine for answers.

Since Anos was busy fighting, he asks Misha to visit the shrine. When she reaches there, she gets attacked by Diego who broke the rules of the exam and attempted to kill Misha. Anos comes in at the right time and protects Misha who was at the verge of dying. Further, he kills Diego and brings him back to love and demands to know the true motives behind the hero academy.

When Diego refuses to answer, he turns Diego into a Demon, and he still tries to attack Anos. Which doesn’t work and then Anos kills Diego permanently. At the end of the episode, Misha and Anos go to visit Eleanor, who tells them that she is Magic.

The Misfit of Demon King Academy, also known as Maō Gakuin no Futekigōsha, is a Japanese light novel series written by Shu and illustrated by Yoshinori Shizuma. The series initially began as an amateur web novel in April 2017 on the user-generated novel publishing website Shōsetsuka ni Narō.

It was later acquired by ASCII Media Works, which officially began to publish it in March 2018. A manga adaptation by Kayaharuka launched online in July 2018, and an anime television series adaptation by Silver Link premiered on July 4, 2020. It tells the story of History’s Strongest Demon King, who reincarnates after 2000 years and goes to Delsgade School (which trains young demons) with his descendants. However, after his reincarnation, he finds out that the world is too used to peace that his descendants became too weak due to a colossal weakening in magical powers.
