Now that the spooky season has officially begun, what’s a better time to release a promo for a dark isekai anime?
King Amusement Creative has just dropped an exciting third promotional video for the anime adaptation of the manga “Dead Mount Death Play” by Ryohgo Narita and Shinta Fujimoto. For all online viewers out there, rest assured the anime will be available on Crunchyroll, as it will start streaming from October 9, 2023.
This sneak peek offers a glimpse into what the necromancer has in store for us in the anime’s second quarter.
In case you missed the first cour, it made its debut on April 10, 2023, and Crunchyroll had done a simulcast streaming.

Inori Minase, renowned for voicing Misaki Sakimiya, will grace us with the anime’s new opening theme song, titled “Scrap Art,” while Yūma Uchida, who lends his voice to Takumi Kuruya, will treat us to the new ending theme song, “Hope.”
Yen Press had published the English version of the manga, the story revolves around a necromancer who incarnated himself into a young boy in Tokyo, and the plot gets caught between space and time.

About Dead Mount Death Play
Dead Mount Death Play is a Japanese manga series written by Ryohgo Narita and illustrated by Shinta Fujimoto. It began serialization in October 2017 and has an anime television series adaptation slated for April 2023.
The story follows Corpse God who uses a reincarnation spell during his fight with the hero, Calamity Crusher. Corpse God is reborn in the body of Polka Shinoyama who has some assassins on his trail.
