Dayton Hospital is a location in Dayton Wetlands in Once Human. Its exact coordinates are 5789, -4541. There’s much to explore, you can find a Rift Anchor, several crates, enemies and more surprises. Apart from given objectives, players can also solve a puzzle outside the hospital, but it can be pretty easy to miss.
How to solve the Dayton hospital puzzle?
Near the east entrance, there’s a blue square marked with orange traffic cones on the ground, outside the hospital gates and west of the Brookham Guardhouse. Interact with it to begin the puzzle.
The objective is pretty simple– stand inside the square and carefully align your camera angle so that the broken billboard seems joined.
After the puzzle is complete, a Riddle Spot Loot Crate will appear in front of you.
Dayton Hospital Quest
Upon reaching the Dayton Hospital, you will receive the following objectives:
- Look for Mystical Crate (0/1)
- Activate Rift Anchor (0/1)
- Defeat normal enemies (0/15)
- Find Weapon and Gear Crates (0/2)
The Rift Anchor is located at 5771, -4526. Once you are in this spot, approach the Rift Anchor and press F to receive rewards.
Beware, the place is sprawling with enemies. So watch your back and eliminate anyone you come across. You need to kill at least 15 enemies to fulfill the given objective.

Morphic-Weapon Crate
Just across the road of Rift Anchor, by the hospital’s west gate, there’s a ruined statue in front of which you should find a crate.
Mystical Crate
Head to the hospital’s rooftop and you can locate a crate here.
Gear Crate 1
There’s another crate behind the broken statue by the hospital gate.
Gear Crate 2
The second Gear Crate is on the second floor of the hospital. However, entry is quite tricky as you will have to take the balcony exit on the right by the stairs.
